The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer CCIS series. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that have been simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. All submissions should be appropriately anonymised (i.e., papers should not contain author names or affiliations, or obvious citations). Submissions should be at most 15 pages, including the bibliography and well-marked appendices, and should follow the LNCS style (http://www.springeronline.com/lncs).
The authors of selected accepted papers will be invited to extend their work for further publication in the Emerald journal Information and Computer Security (http://www.emeraldinsight.com/journal/ics# ).
Selected authors will be invited to elaborate on their research topic and submit the results to the International Journal of Electronic Governance (http://www.inderscience.com/
Submissions are to be made to the submission web site at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=edemocracy15. Only pdf files will be accepted. Submissions not meeting these guidelines risk rejection without consideration of their merits. Papers must be received by the deadline of 31 May 2015, 30 June 2015, 8 July 2015 (11:59 p.m. American Samoa time).

Authors are advised not to shorten the references and to put DOIs wherever possible.
The final version of your paper must be uploaded via Easychair conference management tool by 31 May 2015, 30 June 2015, 8 July 2015 (24:00h CET).
Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Their authors must be prepared to sign a copyright transfer statement. At least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference and present the paper.
