Instructions for Authors
Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that have been simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. All submissions should be appropriately anonymised (i.e., papers should not contain author names or affiliations, or obvious citations). Submissions should be at most 15 pages, including the bibliography and well-marked appendices, and should follow the LNCS style (http://www.springeronline.com/lncs). Submissions are to be made to the submission web site at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=edemocracy15. Only pdf files will be accepted. Submissions not meeting these guidelines risk rejection without consideration of their merits. Papers must be received by the deadline of 31 May 2015, 30 June 2015, 8 July 2015 (11:59 p.m. American Samoa time). Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their papers will be presented at the conference. The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series.
The authors of selected accepted papers will be invited to extend their work for further publication in the Emerald journal Information and Computer Security (http://www.emeraldinsight.com/journal/ics# ).
Selected authors will be invited to elaborate on their research topic and submit the results to the International Journal of Electronic Governance (http://www.inderscience.com/
